This Paleo Pumpkin Chia Seed Pudding from Danielle Walker is perfect for breakfast or dessert, oh so easy but you do need to plan ahead, the pudding needs refrigerating overnight!

Paleo Pumpkin Bread with Chocolate Chips from The Real Food Dietitians was made with afternoon snacking in mind. You can switch out the chocolate chips for cranberries or raisins for a healthier option.
