Thirst Quencher!

An electrolyte drink is a great way to rehydrate your body when working out, playing sport (especially during a Minnesota summer) or if you have a fever or stomach bug.

Electrolytes are essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium. They are vital to the body, keeping you hydrated, regulating muscle contractions, balancing the bodies pH levels and controlling nervous-system functions.

There are many electrolyte drinks on the market all vying for our business, unfortunately many of these commercial drinks are full of artificial coloring, flavorings and sugar. Not always the healthiest option!
